Development and Employment Opportunities
Staff
are the key to a quality service. Anheddau has a robust Performance
Management and Learning and Development Strategy open to all employees
which is linked to business and service objectives.
The
following training opportunities are available.
NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care via our own City and
Guilds Accredited NVQ Centre in addition to A1 Level 3 Assesor
Qualification and V1 Level 4 Verifier Qualification.
NVQ
Levels 3,4 and 5 in Management via our own ILM Accredited NVQ
Centre.
All
employees are encourage to complete a relevant NVQ.
Anheddau
has its own core training section. This means that the training
that employees receive is bespoke to the needs of the organisation
and service users. The current portfolio is:

content of the training is under continuous review to ensure that
it is fit for purpose.

has recently signed the Basic Skills Employers Pledge.
