Staff Development and Employment Opportunities

Staff are the key to a quality service and Anheddau has a robust Performance Management and Learning and Development Strategy.

The following training opportunities are available.
NVQ Level iii in Promoting Independence via our own City and Guilds Accredited NVQ Centre.
NVQ Level iii and iv in Management via our own ILM Accredited NVQ Centre.

All employees are encourage to complete a relevant NVQ.

Anheddau has its own core training section. This means that the training that employees receive is bespoke to the needs of the organisation. The current portfolio is:

• Fire Training (1/2 Day) (Approved by the North Wales Fire and Rescue Service)
• Food Hygiene (1/2 Day)
• First Aid (1 Day)
• Manual Handling (1 Day)
• Health and Safety (1 Day)

The content of the training is under continuous review to ensure that it is fit for purpose.

Anheddau has recently signed the Basic Skills Employers Pledge.
