Governance

The governing body of Anheddau is the Council of Management (the trustees). The ultimate responsibility for the management of Anheddau rests with the trustees.

The trustees are elected annually and serve in a voluntary capacity.

Anheddau is a Company Limited by Guarantee and a Registered Charity therefore the trustees are the directors of the company and the charity¹s trustees.

The Trustees are responsible for effective governance and ensuring that Anheddau meets with its aims objectives and complies with all relevant legislation.

The trustees meet quarterly to discuss progress and set the direction of the company. An Executive Board made up of the Chair of the Council of Management, Chief Executive, Head of Administrative Services/Company Secretary and Head of Client Services meet monthly and report to the full board.
